Windsor Matt Black is a bold, architectural finish with a deep midnight-black tone that brings clean definition and contemporary contrast to hardware throughout the home. Highly versatile, Matt Black pairs beautifully with warm whites, natural timber, stone and softly layered neutral interiors, while working equally well within darker and more dramatic palettes. The finish is applied using electroplating, with selected pieces powder coated to achieve a consistent Matt Black appearance across the wider Windsor range. This allows coordinating hardware to carry a cohesive architectural language throughout an interior.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To maintain the appearance of your Matt Black hardware, clean periodically using a soft cloth lightly dampened with warm soapy water to remove dust, grime and environmental deposits. Dry thoroughly after cleaning with a clean, soft cloth.

Avoid abrasive cleaners, metal polishes, scouring pads, rough cloths, paint thinners, caustic agents or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the surface and affect the finish. Do not spray cleaning products directly onto the hardware or immerse the hardware in liquid.

Care should also be taken to protect the surface from scratching, impact, salt deposits and prolonged exposure to corrosive environments. Regular cleaning is particularly recommended in coastal environments or areas exposed to dust and construction residue.
